At this time it is essential for all businesses to maintain procedures to ensure safety of workers and customers.
Our team will remain fully functional during the national lockdown announced on 4 January 2021. We do not want to let any client down.
At Gutter Cleaning London, we have taken all of the necessary measures to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible during these unprecedented times.
In a the Government’s most recent statement, it states that companies are allowed to carry out procedures in homes and private properties, as long as the workers are healthy and show no symptoms.
This statement further underlines the importance of respecting personal space and maintaining a distance of two metres between the workers and all household occupants.

Our Safety Measures
Following the official regulations from the British Government, we have implemented the following policies:
Our team undergo daily symptom checks. If anyone is showing symptoms, we reschedule their appointments and follow the official NHS guidelines.
All of our staff maintain a minimum distance of two metres while working on customer properties.
Our team will take the following safety measures:
- Avoid physical contact and greetings.
- Ensure that at least a two metres distance is maintained between them and customers.
- Ensure that they arrive equipped with everything required to carry out the procedures, including face masks.
- Disinfect and wash their hands thoroughly as often as possible.
- Disinfect their communication devices thoroughly as often as possible.
How can you support our staff?
We are doing everything in our power to stop the spread of COVID-19, but there are some things that you can do as a homeowner to help us;
Trust in our team’s experience. Our staff have been thoroughly briefed and know what they are doing.
Help us help you. Please respect the NHS guidelines, avoid physical contact and maintain a distance of at least two metres with our personnel. Let them focus on the work and keep you safe.
